The bottom symbol, 99% sure, is going to be the mark for “Crystal Games” cards (given that that snowflake is part of the Crystal Empire flag). So this likely will also be a regular card in that set but without the Baltimare and the special promo code print at the bottom, like they’ve done with some other promo cards

They derped the race. How fitting.

Is this a Tournament Legal Official Card, or a Unofficial Card given out at a Con? Now I know they used fan art in earlier cards, so that is not an indicator.
 
The reason I ask is; That symbol in bottom corner is new, and it has Baltimare printed on it.
 
Also reading the text on the card it’s +1 doesn’t stack. even if it has 10 counters on it it will only receive 1 power. So it’s a 3 for 3 card, unless it’s in a face off the it become a 3 for 2. So the card it’s self isn’t broken.
 
I do wonder if the “Earth Pony” thing is a mistake, intentional, or if Enterplay will just roll with it.

If anything, she’s a little below average. The +1 goes away if she gets bounced or frightened, and unlike a straight 3-for-3, she’s only worth 2 power in a faceoff flip. But it’s Derpy, so it’ll see play.

of course she’s an earth pony, she focuses gravity using her rump to take to the air in what appears to be flight, when she was just a little filly this talent alarmed so many due to her lacking wings that she ultimately ended up getting a set of finely tuned prosthetic wings that were indiscernible from the real deal, unfortunately this special gravity based rump power has left her posterior much denser than the average ponies so he must exercise extreme caution as she moves about lest she slam some poor soul into a wall accidentally or break through the floor when she sits.

They derped up her pony-type. Seems appropriate.

So this card costs 3 for 2 power with no requirements. But, this card gets tokens when you play a card. “At least one” means that only one of those tokens actually adds to her power, meaning she costs 3 for 3 power. That’s a pretty average card.
 
Then again, if the tokens she got every turn added +1 to her power, she’d be pretty broken.

Either it’s a misprint mistake or that might be the point. Since Derpy is mostly seen as a screw up so is her card.
