I’m perplexed how Applejack can have such a prehensile tail, when you rarely see the other ponies use theirs for holding things, outside of maybe Pinkie (other than when Rarity toted that box in “Party of “One to hide it from Pinkie, but I figure that’s thanks to hair spray).
 
I used to think it was an Earth Pony-only ability, then Flutterbat.
 
Still, anyone that can handle a lasso like that with a tail has some skills.
