Makes me wonder the possibility of doing a CoC game with ponies – set in manehattan, and replace GOO cult with changeling cells of different hive-kingdoms of carnifex’s design.
 
Or better,vampire the masquerade with different breeds of changelings in place of the vampire clans.

When I saw this picture I thought of this scenario:
 
You have been hanging around the sewer openings in Manehattan for a few days now and every day you catch a glimpse of Queen Miasma walking through the sewer at around the same time in the afternoon but she doesn’t notice you. It’s daytime and so you get a little brave on this day and call out to her. “Hey, there beautiful!” Miasma stops in her tracks and slowly turns her head, squinting to see who had addressed her through the grate. A smile forms on her face as she spots you, flattered by your compliment of her. The smile slowly turns into a grin as she shows her teeth through her cheek. “I’ll be seeing you later” she coos as she turns and walks away. Your heart slows down a little after having the Queen speak to you directly and then you realize just how much danger you’re truly in. She and the entire hive will be looking for you come nightfall and staying in Manehattan now would be most…unwise.
