Really, she looks like a popped baloon.  
It’s partially because the shadows don’t help, partially because her head is much bigger than NMM’s, and lastly because the lines seem to follow a flat perspective.  
Plus, NMM doesn’t cast a shadow on her (or on anything else).
 
The rest is fine, I’d start fixing those details…

Thought it was Nyx. I guess somepony who steals others’ art could say that in their description… That didn’t sound as horrible in my head, but at the same time it doesn’t sound offensive somehow. XD
