I’m not entirely sure, but this could use either Dio or Donald McDonald. What I mean is that one of Donald’s moves in MUGEN is to warp using a counter special that resembles one of Dio’s moves in both MUGEN and JoJo for the PS1 and Dreamcast, and with Donald being almost entirely based off of Dio, I’d think that it was Dio’s thing first. Oh, and also Donald likes to read in ドナルドのうわさ、but I thought I’d mention the MUGEN version to give y’all an idea of what I mean. :)
