Oh yes, and seriously, get yourself a unit of thunderhammer storm shield terminators. With a 3+ invul save, and 3 strength 8 AP2 attacks each on the charge, they’re like a rock in the middle of your army.  
You’ll find either your opponent will throw everything they’ve got at them, (meaning the rest of your army goes unmolested), or they ignore them completely, (in which case they’ll just annihilate anything they get near).
 
Also, your army appears to be seriously lacking in air support.  
Storm raven.  
Definitely.  
Theme this to whomsoever you choose, but the firepower one of these things brings to the board is a game winner.  
Storm Talons are a cheap to field option if you want a smaller skirmish, or want some back up for the Storm Raven.  
My 2 are themed to Cloud Chaser and Flitter.
 
Whilst I doubt you’ll have the funds for one, the Fire Raptor I added to my own pony army totally dominates any game it’s used in. I often leave it at home now because it’s such a devastating unit it feels a little unfair.  
With the way the rules are written for the Fire Raptor, it can target a different enemy with each of it’s weapons, so it can wreak havoc on up to 4 enemy units per turn.

well. . . . . . Im not about quantity. Well out of the 3 armies i know of mines the smallest but it is the better painted. Yeah the derpy storntalon guy has updated a lot I have him on facebook he finished a Lauren Faust Imperial Knight this week. But you already know that i spend about 5hours on one figure which is about the same time you spend on a unit (yes im a really slow painter)

I think this would be the 3rd pony themed army I’ve seen since I did my own.  
One of the other guys at the club has a themed army (Some pics of which are on here under ‘joey012’).  
There’s another army which I haven’t seen updated in forever (the Derpy themed storm talon is from that force), and then there’s this army.
 
Still out-number and out-gun any of the contenders. (If I get finished with what I’m intending to add to this force eventually I’ll have 4 warhounds, 2 reaver titans and a warlord. I’m themeing the other 2 warhounds to Chrysalis and Sombra, and I’m considering doing a Tirek themed Reaver if I can get enough room to store it).
 
As for the Warlord titan, I’m waiting for forgeworld to finish building their own so I can work from it.  
Only one real option for such a centerpiece model, what with all the other powerful characters already represented by lesser titans.

I wouldn’t hold your breath waiting for any of the new titans though. Barely started the warhounds, and they’ll take around 3-4 weeks to get done (each), when I turn my attention to them.

right now i have a Milkyway plasma cannon squad primied, Octavia tactical squad primed and a fluttershy assault squad about 50% painted.

Just finished painting my Disastral marine for my OC squad, although the face on the shoulder pad didn’t come out too well. Also done the Backy marine, but that needs the cutie mark on the left shoulder.
 
I’m currently in the middle of painting up Cypher, which I have had in the display cabinet at home for months waiting to be painted. It’s an old metal miniature.  
Also just assembled ‘Ferrus Manus’, (Iron Hands primarch forgeworld model), so he’s next on my painting list.  
Got a bit of overtime in last week though, so I’ve just ordered ‘Mortarion’ to go with that collection too.
 
My evenings are currently being taken up by playing Command and Conquer the first decade (Tiberian Sun at the sec- haven’t finished it in years so I can barely remember what I’m supposed to do), and doing the odd sketch of ponies playing 40k for on here. Been doing one of them tonight, but only the pony’s done. Need to do the models on the table yet.  
It isn’t a requested one.
 
Any you want to see done or should I just continue as I have been doing?

Looks good so far, although I notice a few repeats of ponies there.
 
I’ve tried to avoid doing that in my own force. Only repeats in mine are Pinkie, Rarity and Spike, which have a squad and a transport. Some of the background character squads have a transport themed to a character they’re often shipped with.  
Lyra transport with Bon Bon squad, and Octavia transport with Vinyl Scratch squad being the most obvious, (and the most used incidentally).
 
Odd one out there’s my Roseluck themed devastator unit and their Berry Punch themed transport. Of course, I also have the Colgate transport with no unit at the moment. Was going to stick Seaswirl with that one, but still haven’t got around to it.
