You’re right about how the letter noon connects with the alif (I would know, I speak the language) and you seem to understand how arabic is written (the alef and lam should be the tallest vertical lines in the word). Anyways you do great work, im looking forward to your future pieces!
The alif is there. Noon, as a letter doesn’t have that second vertical line when it’s at the beginning of or middle of a word. It only possesses two verticals when its stand-alone or at the end. So technically, the alef is there. It’s just not very well defined since I quickly hand-wrote it.
