Dumping the ice in moments before does not make it ice water. If you do a challenge like this, do it right. The whole point of the challenge was to give regular people just the taste of what the disease does so when people fuck it up intentionally because it’s uncomfortable it undermines the message. If you think it’s uncomfortable for the short time that it happens to you imagine what it’s like to live with it.
