((Another morphed piece of canon. Cities on clouds, like Cloudsdale, dont exist anymore and are banned in the Diaries Equestria.
Los Cielos is an encampment on the ground where citizens of the old city in the sky now live. The city fell apart and was destroyed when the cloud it was built on grew into a massive uncontrollable thunderstorm. Since the storm is so big, no amount of Emergency Weather Control can clear it. Most of the city is in poverty.
The weather factory is now in New Pegasopolis, the capital of Equestria. The Wonderbolts are based in Canterlot.))
