Description
For those who don’t know Kamen Rider, and by extension, Kamen Rider Double, allow me to explain. In the show, Phillip is able to look up information in his mind, which is a very large library with nearly everything he would need to know in order to help Shotaro, the protagonist, nab the crook in every case.
Though I do wish to note that it isn’t as haxxy as shown here as that would kill half the tension in Kamen Rider Double.
