Being an id Software nerd, and knowing nothing about this “Fallout” thingy-nantoka, would it stretch things scenario-wise if Luna was wielding a Dark Matter Gun, and what was inside that vault or whatever, was the final stage of “Quake IV”, with the Makron & Nexus…?

The bliss of a world where you can carry several explosives,blades,blunt instruments,power tools and carry all this on a near super human body of strength and toughness but still a locked rotting wood door is an impenetrable obstacle without the skill to pick it.
