OP, you’re an idiot. Why? Because the definition of a deus ex machina is as follows:
Any resolution to a story that does not pay due regard to the story’s internal logic and that is so unlikely that it challenges suspension of disbelief, and presumably allows the author, director, or developer to end the story in the way that he or she desired.
Vinyl helping out the humane six is not a deus ex machina since it’s established that:
 
A) Vinyl has been immune to the Dazzling’s enchantment  
B) Is very music-oriented in terms of what the character is expected to possess  
C) Transforming vehicles are more believable than transdimensional transformations and transdimensional magic.
