Please report whomever is doing this. Please include URLs of the PMs they have been sending you in the report.
 
Someone pretending to be on staff and saying that they are going to “moonban” you for not sending more SPAM to others is not ok, and we take that very seriously.

I have a question. What should an user have to do to receive a duck badge without having previous bans? Is it revocable the badge in some cases? (This time talking in general, not in the previous situation that I have mentioned).

How can we not run out of questions?

That shouldn’t happen, generally (and the people giving out the badges have been far too lenient on enforcing their criteria).

A few times, it depends on how many warnings they’ve had, and what exactly they did to get banned. It’s fairly rare though.
