Happy 9th Anniversary!

Well I made it on paper and put it in the pc to draw it there too but I dont have equipment and a freaking paint tool that works correctly.So I will still need to redo it probably and then maybe colour it normaly if I have the colours that match which I doubt I do but If I dont I will just leave it uncoloured.I tried to import models in blender but it didnt work and the guides online didnt help either I would try sfm but it will take me 12 hours to download and its 15Gb for gods sake and I will lose time waiting for it to download just to have the same fate as blender

I know it says “character(s) reaching their goals” but can it also be them celebrating 9 years? cuz that’s kind of what I had in mind (before I read the rules properly (which I probably should’ve done))

Well I failed doing something in sfm cause I dont know how to use it and downloaded it like an idiot and couldnt even work it correctly so I might just upload what I did on paper or might redo it digitally if my brother agrees to help me do it but I doubt it.So if he doesnt its just gonna be on paper

It’s hard to get started but once you know the very basics it’s very easy to do simple stuff like posing for a poster in sfm
 
Have you followed any tutorials to get over this initial “holy crap, this software is complicated to handle” phase?

Yeah I did but it didnt help and I couldnt even find the models in it cause they were probably all messed in the folders so I stopped and uninstalled that crap so maybe now I will the drawing I made digitally rather than rectreate it in sfm which I was on for 1 hour and 20 minutes with no luck and blender is even worse cause it doesnt even load maps in and I couldnt even find a video that would help me to import the new mlp models to at least do something but still blender is far worse than sfm and I dont have time to even try

I can’t do mine. Someone help, please.

Didn’t notice the “reaching their dreams” part. I take it it’s required and not something dumb like the MLP logo saying “I’m old”?

I dunno, Friendship Is Magic lasting for nine years and 222 episodes after having been initially contracted for only 65 sure does sound like fulfilling a dream to me. It sure as heck was for everyone who worked on it all that time.

I just noticed that the first post of this thread includes that the drawing should be one or more characters should reaching their dream, hence why the MLP Logo saying I’m old (Imgur link) likely wouldn’t count.

Because I’m an idiot and my thought process was how long MLP:FiM lasted, especially for a a show to sell toys. It was a dumb joke, I will admit.

I think I made that Pinkie pic without meeting a criteria. Whoops…

Looking up the tag, I’m not sure how many do, since they seem to be less focused on a pony completing a goal and more of celebrating nine years of ponies.
