In all seriousness it’s by definition not safe to do: water boils at 212 degrees and polyethylene, which ziploc bags are made out of, has a softening point of 195 degrees, so it’s possible chemicals could leech out of the plastic and into the food product. But, practically speaking, it’s only boiled for 15 minutes which wouldn’t be long enough for a substantial amount, and exposure to chemicals doesn’t mean they cause damage: your body’s actually pretty efficient at dealing with them. Honestly too, you’re a lot more at risk putting plastic in the microwave than boiling it for only 15 minutes :P
