I hear they sell them in frozen form like any frozen pizza in France. I would totally know what to order first if I ever visit Europe.
 
 
Speaking of France, there seems to be a dish in Nice that doesn’t appear to be well known outside of the region.

I can’t seem to find any recipe in any language other than French. Nor any other variations.
 
A lot of Southern French foods resemble Italian foods. They even have their own variation of the foccacia in Provence. While in the northeast like Alsace, are more German influenced.

Anchovies and herring are best salted fishes! There’s seems to be a lot of recipes revolving around the use of onions here.
 
It appears Dr. Oetker makes Flammkuchen for the European market. But not here in North America…
