Reminds me of my senior year of high school. Because all the other high schools were full at the time, a lot of the graduating middle schoolers becoming freshman were instead getting sent to my school, and it was the most miserable two semesters ever. Funny that those freshman are now seniors and are going to graduate this May, how time flies.
@ILoveMyoozik
I really hope this doesnt continue into another semester. It’s becoming unbearable and actually killing my focus. I’ve barely learned anything this semester because i’ve been too disteracted by assholes.
Mother fell twice today. The first time right before I got up in her bedroom. Had to have the fire department come to pick her up. Then she fell again about an hour ago in the bathroom. I basically dragged her out to the kitchen where we have a step so I could leverage her onto her feet. This is getting beyond absurd. Either she starts walking soon, or I’m going to be looking at long-term care options.
My dad has a low-sodium diet due to having some bad heart palpitations many years ago. It wasn’t anything super-serious, but the doctor recommended he cut back on sodium, and it pretty much stuck.
But what do you expect from those raised in a culture that is more used to cooking ramen noodles?
Ramen noodles that are completely devoid of that Al dente thing I personally crave as well. Because of that lack of Al dente feel, I can never seem to stomach ramen anymore even though I loved them as a kid.
