We’ve been living in the neighbourhood for a long time. Seen many come and go. Pretty much every family I originally knew from elementary school when I moved there have moved. I don’t recognize most of the faces now.

But that might possibly be changing soon.

“If you manage your time well, you’ll always have time.” You know what? Fuck you. I’ve managed my time the best damn well I could and It’s still not enough. I spend every waking moment during the weekdays doing nothing but work work work.
 
Maybe it’s not my fault that I’m always fucking tired. Maybe it’s the fact that I have a ridiculous workload in college. “But other people have real jobs and they’re fine.” Do I look retarded to you? They’re just as ragged as me and they actually get paid for it. What do I get? Nothing but misery.
 
Time management is good advice but it ignores the problem. It’s a bandaid solution at best.

I’ve been in my current house for 10 years. Moved briefly for about 6 months, then moved back, and am now moving again. Our original neighbors across from us, to the left, and behind, have all moved on in that time.
