The Clone Wars did a much better job with his character.

But he did have say in them the Twi’leks have French accents because of him the Clone Wars movie was a thing instead of it just being a few episodes and Dave Filoni has talked to George about a lot of stuff about the workings of the Force and such George was an influence on the Clone Wars.

Clone wars single handedly gave the Prequels purpose when we still hated the prequels.

I am so sad to find out that Galen Marek is no longer canon because Rebels basically retconned Marek out of existence.  
Current canon has a squad of Inquisitors, where Legends has only Galen Marek as the sole Jedi Hunter (he later turned good and played central role in setting up the rebellion)
 
You thought Rey was a Mary Sue for lifting up boulders with no sweat and no training? Our boy Marek grounded a Star Destroyer, and his training wasn’t even complete.

Except that was the main point. He had training, possibly for years, so its not unfathomable that he managed a feat like that. Rey, however, has had only a few weeks to months at BEST and she could lift a shit-ton of boulders the size of a hill or starfighter?!

be boring and unexplained. marek was at least trained his whole life by vader and was a child of a jedi and that usally means they’re stronger in the force.
