Depends on what the magic can do. Against hypersonic waveriders, directed energy weapons, nuclear bombardment, orbital assets, and long range standoff weapons, modern technology is a formidable force.

Funny enough, The OC I made works with the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, A real life government entity that specializes in developing “OP” tech. Including but not limited to, kinetic bombardment from low earth orbit, aka Project Thor, weaponization of “Time Crystals” (very S.H.I.E.L.D. sounding) and Genetic Extinction Technology (caused an emergency UN meeting) They also invented the Internet and helped violate the Geneva Convention.

Just hit it with a waverider or a glide-breaker. It would have 0 means of physically detecting it.
 
As for a base, nukes and other assets could also be directed from Air Force One or one of 4 E-4B 747 Doomsday Jets

Again, you assume that it would let you hit it in the first place. You can’t hit something that isn’t there. Teleportation, invisibility, or transformation, it will find a way to avoid damage, assuming it would have taken any to begin with.

For teleportation, it would first need to know that it has to teleport, which it wouldn’t if the weapon fired is undetectable. Invisibility is fine in the ancient setting, but invisibility against sensory equipment is useless. And transformation is the same with teleportation. They’d have to know exactly when to do it.

So the only advantage we’d have is surprised? And you act as if magic isn’t used for stuff like warnings or defensive forcefields. Don’t be too proud of this technological terror you’ve constructed. Magic is everything.
