The only way third-parties will get any attention is for there to be a complete overhaul of our election system. As it is, they hold no power federally outside of acting as spoilers for the two parties that actually matter which has a knock-on effect to further push them out of mind.
They have slightly more success in local elections but that’s about it.
Until the way elections are done change fundamentally to eliminate private funding of political parties, eliminate the first-past-the-post system, and we got third parties that we can take seriously (the Green Party has been a joke since 2016 and the Libertarian party is only marginally better), we need to accept we live in an effective two-party system.

Genghis Khan had to lead an endless warpath for his numbers
My great-grandmother was Mongolia. Or, Heilongjiang province, sometimes called ‘Inner Mongolia’ … back before China fucked everything up in that area.
Anyway, every night at bed time she told us stories of the White Stag who lead our people to the promised land. How Temuchin systematically conquered valley after valley, bringing stability and order and civilization to peoples who were welcomed, and welcomed Temuchin as if they were blood kin.
Then, after a few summers, the White Stag would appear again, and lead Temuchin to the new land waiting just on the other side of the next mountain range.
Now, at the time, most of the Asian steppe were populated by nomadic tribes who were constantly fighting and stealing from each other. So … someone coming over the horizon and taking everything you owned, slaughtering and murdering and kidnapping, was pretty normal. Temuchin’s own mother had been a spoil of war.
But when Temuchin’s people arrived, they came to stay. When a tribe accepted him as their leader, he put competent allies rather than relatives in key positions, and executed the leaders of tribes that were attacking them - incorporating the members of those tribes as full and equal members of his own clan. They joined the peoples they met and became part of their tribes, and he made members of the tribes that he absorbed the leaders of their own people.
And when Temuchin moved on, the people who moved with him were from all of the peoples that had been brought into the ever growing, one common clan.
Most of the people who joined Temuchin did so because they’d heard of the good works he was doing. Like the fabled pirates who never had to fire a shot, Temuchin did gain more and more people and territory and he finally was able to create an Empire. And over time, there was a lot more trade and diplomacy, and a lot less murder and open war.
Of course, I don’t want it to all sound like I think it was roses and horse manure. There was blood and battle and murder and death and a lot of people would have rather had ever heard the name Temuchin.
But he, and his descendants, unified the lands of the Asian steppes, and what he created was greater, and significantly more peaceful and lawful, than what had been there before.
At least, as my great-grandmother tells it. And from what I read about those years from history sources that weren’t either Roman or sucking Roman cock.
So … yeah.
Easy what you say about the White Stag, ok? Some of us remember all of that very differently.

Debunking the Data and Claims:
This graphic presents a misleading comparison between Abraham Lincoln and Osama bin Laden, attempting to argue that Lincoln was “more dangerous” by inflating Civil War statistics to discredit Lincoln’s legacy. Here’s why this comparison is deeply flawed:
1. Context of Deaths and Injuries:
Abraham Lincoln’s Role: The 620,000 deaths listed under Lincoln occurred during the American Civil War (1861–1865), a conflict fought between the Union (North) and the Confederacy (South) over issues like slavery and states’ rights. Lincoln, as President, led the Union in a war to preserve the nation and end slavery—a noble cause rooted in human rights. This war wasn’t a unilateral act of violence but a military conflict where deaths resulted from battle, disease, and other war-related causes, with both sides engaged willingly.
Osama bin Laden’s Role: In contrast, Osama bin Laden masterminded the 9/11 terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, resulting in the murder of 2,996 civilians. Bin Laden’s goal was terrorism—an unprovoked, deliberate act of mass murder aimed at civilians, carried out by a small group of extremists.
Key Difference: Lincoln was not a murderer but a wartime president leading a country through a civil conflict. Bin Laden was a terrorist intentionally targeting civilians in a calculated, violent act of extremism.
2. Population Comparisons:
Proportion of Population Killed: The chart misleadingly compares the percentage of the population killed during the Civil War and the 9/11 attacks, but this doesn’t hold up to scrutiny. The 1.97% figure under Lincoln represents deaths from an entire war over four years, while the 0.001% for Bin Laden represents one specific terrorist attack on a single day.
Comparing population percentages doesn’t reflect the nature of the events—a war fought with soldiers on both sides versus a terrorist attack on unsuspecting civilians.
3. Rape Figures:
The inclusion of rape statistics is speculative and misleading. There is no credible evidence that Lincoln’s leadership or the Union army encouraged widespread rape.
The assertion of “thousands” of rapes during the Civil War lacks reliable documentation, while claiming bin Laden’s acts resulted in “0” rapes is irrelevant and avoids the core issue—bin Laden was responsible for mass murder, not solely by physical violence but through orchestrated, intentional destruction.
4. Economic Costs:
Civil War Costs: The Civil War was one of the most expensive conflicts in U.S. history, but it was fought to preserve the Union and abolish slavery, two outcomes that vastly improved the nation’s trajectory. The costs listed under Lincoln represent necessary expenditures to maintain the integrity of the U.S.
Bin Laden’s Impact: The costs associated with the 9/11 attacks—$34 billion in damages—represent a sudden, catastrophic loss and the subsequent ripple effects on global economies. Bin Laden’s actions directly damaged infrastructure, spurred a war on terror, and impacted U.S. foreign policy for decades. These were not costs incurred in an effort to improve the country, but in response to a senseless act of terror.
5. False Equivalency of Justifications:
The image reduces Lincoln’s role in the Civil War to “expanding DC control of Southern lands,” completely ignoring the moral and ethical imperatives of ending slavery and preserving the United States.
Bin Laden’s “justification” for 9/11 as “regaining Arab control of land from DC imperialism” is deeply flawed. Bin Laden’s extremism had no legitimate cause; it was rooted in a distorted, radical ideology aiming to spread terror and violence, not reclaim land from any imperial power.
6. Year 2000 Equivalent Statistics:
The attempt to inflate Civil War casualties to “Year 2000 equivalents” (e.g., 5.5 million deaths) grossly exaggerates Lincoln’s responsibility by ignoring historical context. Population growth and demographics between the 1860s and 2000s make direct comparisons meaningless. Modern war casualties reflect vastly different military strategies, technologies, and global political circumstances.
Conclusion:
This comparison between Lincoln and bin Laden is both ahistorical and misleading. It falsely equates a civil war president leading a divided nation through its darkest hour with a terrorist leader responsible for mass murder. Abraham Lincoln’s leadership preserved the Union, ended slavery, and redefined the United States, while Osama bin Laden’s actions represented nothing but destruction and terror. The data in the image manipulates historical facts to create a false narrative that grossly misrepresents both figures.

Trump was right about one thing. Kamala is hardcore radical Marxist.
How else do you explain her publicly owning him?
