There is a good reason why I’ve largely moved on from this fandom and franchise. It was fun while it lasted.
There has been a fundamental shift in the tone of the remaining folks in the fandom since 2020 that has been rather PROBLEMATIC(sic) that pretty much killed the previously light hearted nature of this fandom. It’s deranged.

Who’s even left? Is Generation 5 even still a thing? I stopped watching MLP after the lightning-in-a-bottle that was FiM.
