I know I said I was leaving this thread… but my curiosity got the better of me. Not glad I did return. Because now I know how unwelcomed I am. It’s Reddit all over again.

I know there’s more to Hololive than Haato. I enjoy every idol EXCEPT Haato. And I’m saying it has someone who enjoyed her Red Heart song. I wanted to like her… but I can’t. Because thinking about her makes me remember the pain I felt when watching her failed attempt at horror. Even after a year, I can still feel the pain. Melodramatic, I know… but I’m being honest.

I just don’t understand and comprehend your personal beef with Haato so much, mate.

Tbh it seems so rare to find people who oppose her because of her personality and unorthodox style of creating content in which I find it interesting.

Like I said: watching her convoluted attempt at horror to cause me pain. But it clearly doesn’t matter to you as you called a comment of mine a “brain tumour” when I was simply expressing grief. And what’s so great about her personality and “unorthodox style of creating content”? I honestly want to know because I haven’t watched her in a while due to the “don’t like, don’t watch” thing others said I should do.

…believe it or not, I used to like Haato. Heck, I wasn’t even bothered by people called her “Haachama” before the horror stuff. Now, whenever I think about her, I feel pain. Legit pain. I’ve never felt this way about any other VTuber, or even Youtuber, before or since. I’m most likely overblowing this. Making connections where none exist. Or maybe I’m just jealous… because her “cursed” content was what made her popular. IDK… And I doubt you care. I’m not trying to troll, not intentionally. I’m just being honest. And in this day and age, there’s nothing worse than being honest.

What I’m wondering is how much you seem to be OBSESSING over Haato/Haachama. She’s not even the most popular Hololiver, that’s probably Pekora or Gura.

Damn…that hits hard.

Because of awful stereotypes being spread around (4Chan memes are the first ones that come to mind), coming out and telling everyone you’re autistic (that is, actually diagnosed with autism, not the cruel parody that is “4Chan autism”) takes a LOT of guts.

It certainly does not help that there are shit heads out there who shamelessly use autism as a shield. Speaking as someone who has ADHD and is mildly properly functioning autistic myself. Not to be mixed in with those “high functioning” specimens. I certainly do not see it as some badge of honor nor do I see it as a crippling disease. It’s just something that makes us more likely to process things and behave… Differently, for better or for worse.

But I can relate to her on this. The bullying does not help. In many cases, it damages. It is something of a fact of life that people need to learn to deal with. Bullies will always exist, but most of us can learn to cope and build for the better from such experiences. If one lets the bullying destroy them, the bullies win.
I’m glad Haruka manages to make great of herself and those around her.

I’m sorry if I’m being obsessive over Haachama… I just can’t stand her… From what I’d heard, she was moving away from the horror stuff and hasn’t done any of it for about a year. However, since she still goes by “Haachama” (and so many call her that) instead of Akai Haato, I have my doubts. I can’t even enjoy watching her do casual stuff with her friends as she does normal idol stuff. Her terrible attempt at doing horror left that much of an impression on me.

I’m certain practically everyone here has written me off as a troll or something like that. All because I am being honest. If you’re like that, fine. Whatever. I can’t blame you. There are other idols in Hololive. All of whom I prefer because they didn’t need to do something as poorly planned as what Haato did. I want to focus on them instead of the one bad apple (my opinion) in the bunch. But it’s difficult for me. And, for those that read this entire post, thanks for giving me a portion of your day. And once again, I am sorry for being, as some had called me, an antichama.
