The move is cowardly, and the excuse of “lowering our work load” is garbage.
 
It’s weakness, and shows a complete lack of moral integrity.
 
So because one side has shown that they will flagrantly disregard the rules to get what they want… You give in to it? For ease of use?
 
Do you also punish a toddler for his brother’s poor behavior?
 
You have no moral claim in any of this. You are either all cowards or are just using this as an excuse to “bring about the utopia.”

Unlike how many detractors are portraying this issue, you don’t have to be a Nazi or white supremacist or any other buzzword
It’s pretty telling that you think “Nazi” and “white supremacist” are buzzwords.
 
when they get used everyday(not just on derpi or mlp stuff in general), they quickly became buzzwords.

If you mean about me having talked with my anon on and off, because your wording there is godawful, I only turned anon off twice to ask the DNP and when the guy I was replying to needed to be able to PM AKA when my name was actually relevant. Kindly drop the overzealousy or excuse to delete messages, whichever it is.

In any individual thread - especially one where there have been accusations (and some actual instances of) sockpuppetry and false flagging - please post as yourself or anonymously. Once you have chosen how to represent yourself here, please stick with it.
 
NOTE: If an artist has been anon in the whole thread and goes public for one post to support the thread’s protest, and goes back to being anon, that’s fine - we do not consider that a problem. Feel free to do that.
 
It’s the constant jumping back and forth that has to stop. This is especially true for anyone who has replied to themselves or who is playing both sides of this against the other - no more warnings, anyone still doing that after this post is getting banned.

I honestly don’t think many people understand the reason we now think nazi is a buzzword.
 
The ironic part in all of this is that if somehow actual nazi’s from hitlers regime took over again and saw this, they’d gas all of us. Nazi germany banned pornography, so a website having half a million explicit images of cartoon pastel horses on it would be reason enough to kill us all. Debating this by saying I don’t watch explicit images wouldn’t help anyways since you still post on the forum hosting it. And no, us defending aryanne wouldn’t be excused from the purge either, if anything they’d see it as mocking their pure aryan race.

For what its worth I had twice the wrong BP ID, both because I had some random logging out that I didn’t notice before posting (and once because I was phoneposting)
 
Also, 3 days now and still no announcement by the administration? Is it that complicated to make a message?
 
Edit: also looking how “proud” the guy behind this is for being cited in the NYP… this is pretty sad tbh. It’s not like the fandom isn’t in its death throws, it didn’t need the attention for a last boost of fame.

The worse instance of it was someone who is not regular user of the site. They just come back here whenever there is drama and try to ramp it up as hard as possible (although their real beef seems to be that we have LGBTQ artists, images, and fans). They’re banned again. If they come back, and someone reports them, we’ll ban them again.
 
So if they come back again please report them again.

That’s fine. As long as you remain anon there’s no problem. If it looks like someone is logging off and back on to mix up the BP number, that’s a problem and we ask people to not do that - but you’re not doing that so it’s fine.

A lot of that could’ve been avoided if the rest of the team had proper communications though.

Why does everything have to end up being an attack on the site? Can’t a thread of people standing up and saying fuck this stance you are taking on censorship be just that. The fact you are being flooded with dnp requests is because people are not happy with this site and no longer want their stuff posted here.
