The cockatrices were fresh in mind, because of that episode with the tamed one.
All three villains arguing at once could have summoned the Windigoes,though I guess.

I know, but it still feels odd that in this scenario they wouldn’t try longer to reform her. And it just looks wierd that Chrysalis, the one who rejected friendship the most gets reformed over Cozy and it would also be wierd that in that context, no one would try a more extensive rehabilitation when so many options and help are available. Really, with those three it should be all or nothing. And wouldn’t it be anticlimactic for one of the major villains to just get petrified out of nowhere by some random cockatrice?

Here’s a story I made on Cozy Glow’s death:
Cozy Glow died today. She was killed when a pegasus pony dropped her from a high altitude. I’m glad that the shenanigans that Cozy Glow has done is over and that the most evil filly in Equestria is finally dead. But if nobody knows, a random pegasus pony from Ponyville had killed Cozy Glow by dropping her to her death. The pegasus in question decided on that day to take a walk outside of Ponyville to get some fresh air but also had a secret plan in mind to kill Cozy Glow. While this pegasus was having a walk he decided to step outside of Ponyville during his walk and came across the legion of doom statue which Queen Chrysalis, Lord Tirek and Cozy Glow were imprisoned inside. The pegasus decided to find a way to get Cozy Glow free of being incased in stone so that he could kill her and decided to use an industrial drill to drill through her tail in the statue. After drilling the stone off Cozy Glow and breaking her free of her imprisonment in the legion of doom statue, Cozy Glow began to move slightly and began to feel bewildered after realising she had been freed from the statue. But before she could even make a move the random pegasus quickly grabbed her and grabbed a chainsaw. The pegasus then used the chainsaw to cut Cozy Glow’s wings off so that she could no longer fly, then grabbed her and flew to an altitude a little higher than Cloudsdale was and dropped her. Cozy Glow then plummeted to her death and landed face on the ground with a splat. After Cozy Glow fell to her death, Twilight Sparkle then arrived at the scene and the random pegasus began to approach her and tried to deny what he did. But Twilight wasn’t disappointed in the slightest, she was really joyous. After Cozy Glow died Twilight Sparkle then alerted Princess Celestia and Princess Luna and they were just as ecstatic and joyous as Twilight was after being notified of Cozy Glow’s death. Princess Celestia immediately declared a national holiday in Equestria of that day to celebrate Cozy Glow’s death. Princess Luna even held a special ceremony in Canterlot on that day and she even did a little dance. And after Cozy Glow died some really good things began to happen, Sweetie Belle became the mayor of Ponyville and began to help any remaining ponies without cutie marks earn their cutie marks. Scootaloo could fly for the very first time and she also became a wonderbolt and Rainbow Dash was really proud of her. Rarity became a celebrity and began a large fashion chain in Ponyville, she also became really rich. The young six graduated from the School of Friendship and every Kingdom in Equestria united. I also don’t know about you but after Cozy Glow died so did Queen Chrysalis and Lord Tirek, they were just randomly set free from the statue and just laid dead on the ground. And there were even no more villains attacking Equestria. The pegasus who killed Cozy Glow also turned out to be Cozy Glow’s father and he was disappointed in his daughter which is why he killed her. But not only were good things happening in Equestria after Cozy Glow’s death some good things began to happen in the human world as well. After Cozy Glow died, ISIS began to dissolve and there were no more terrorists in Syria and Iraq. Conflict in Afghanistan began to cease and Afghanistan was now considered a really safe country on the global peace index. Greece was no longer bankrupt and the rest of Europe decided to assist with their economy. China was no longer communist and even gave Tibet independence. North and South Korea united into one. Cancer could also be cured now and was no longer a life threatening disease. A cure was found for the coronavirus. Bullying ceased to exist. Clive Palmer became the prime minister of Australia and everybody even began to support him. NFKRZ became the leader of Russia and he made Russia a better place. Ragreynolds became the prime minister of the UK and was praised just as every new ruler of the other countries were. India, Latin America and Africa became first world places. And second world and third world countries were no more. Antibronies even began to stop judging bronies for liking My Little Pony and the Brony fandom as a whole was no longer misinterpreted on the internet. And every brony also stopped calling Scootaloo a chicken and calling Rarity a marshmallow. Jokes which promote nazism and terrorism were even outlawed. And just like in Equestria every country in the human world declared a national holiday to celebrate Cozy Glow’s death. But for the most part I’m just glad Cozy Glow is dead because she was an extremely evil, horrible and nasty filly who tried to steal all the magic out of Equestria, and now I’m gonna celebrate and have a disco party all night long. But it also seems that world peace and harmony was achieved after Cozy Glow died and everybody was happy that she died. What do you guys think?

I take most of your personality revolves around hating this one character? How many people do you expect would read such a poorly formatted story? And what sort of satisfaction did you expect by posting it here? What were you hoping to accomplish?
I’m genuenly curious as to what was going on in your head when you consciously decided to come to this thread about a character you dislike, waste all that time writing a story that most here wouldn’t even bother reading and clicking the post button.

It might be interesting to have the Mane Six debate the ethics of using something like that on Cozy Glow.
Elsewhere, it’s been speculated that she’s a complete and utter sociopath, absolutely incapable of caring about any living organism other than herself. If so, it’s perfectly plausible that any conventional methods of rehabilitation would fail, forcing them into “last resort” territory.
Either way, successfully rehabilitating her would almost certainly require something well beyond the typical “power of friendship” type stuff they’ve been preaching over the series. And it would be out of character for them not to try at some point.
