Hm. Why are you all alone at this part of the building?
 
Looking around, they could find themselves in a dark, dank, decrepit, and generally creepy wing of the building, looking long abandoned. Only a single dim flickering bulb overhead provided any sense of light. Cracks ran down the walls, showing signs of water damage. There was almost no other sound, not even the shoddy air conditioning. The halls were long and empty, and only a random cot that looked dingy and unused for years sat against a wall.

Match: “brr, i didn´t look where i was going… I´m sorry miss greyheart, i´ll get back to the others.”

she lights a candle and starts to escort him back to the main area.

She looks down at him.

Match: “why is nopony ever coming here? why is no one here getting adopted?”

She stares at him for a minute, unblinking, then looks ahead of her. Her cold tone has returned.
 
We’re almost back. Why don’t you go play with your friends, and I’ll get to making dinner. If you behave, we’ll watch a movie tonight.

Match: “…… yes, miss Greyheart.”
 
his tone was as down as it could get. He quickly runs off to join the others.

She watches him go, then sighs and rubs her head. She couldn’t tell him. It would break his little heart. He couldn’t know the truth.

he quickly joined the others in kicking a beanbag around, occasionally glancing over at greyheart and wonders for a second what that glint in her eyes was.
 
(hmm, ever since he apologized a few pages back i really mellowed him out, he was supposed to be crazy…)

((Spoiler alert, pony kind is dead, miss greyheart is looking after what’s left of pony kind in this post apocalyptic world.))

(I’m also making Greyheart act nicely towards some of the children, so there is a disagreement between them whether to escape or stay.)

She shakes her head after a while, and goes into the kitchen, putting on some boiling water. The foals were in for something special tonight..

match had meanwhile spread the News of the promised movie and just about all the Kids were on their best behaviour from then, showing up punctually and with washed hooves for dinner.

As a rare special treat, each child was served a steaming bowl of cabbage soup, and two pieces of bread.

Immortui: He didn’t feel like eating, even if it were a special dinner. He wasn’t feeling cabbage soup and two pieces of bread.
 
{I don’t won’t to eat anything that vegetarian like, I’ve been craving something with meat. Ribs, a heart, legs, ears…}
 
He begins to drool a little while thinking about what to eat with anything meat related. He looks to his right and then left, he sees a filly. She had recently undergone some “changes” and he smirks, licking his lips.
 
{She’s perfect. And I know where to bite her too.}
 
His smirk revealed prickly fangs.

Match: “Immortui?”

His fangs turn into teeth.
