OOC: Well I went with the 300 used on electric car and thought a tank 20 times as heavy would have something like that. It seemed to make sense compared to the 25,000 of the high speed trains.

OOC: That second matter relate more to the amperage no? And the bunch of transformers are there to adjust this.
Finn: The canons kick it higher at 25,000. There’s also the theoretical limit somewhere around the power of lightning bolts, but I’d rather not push the transformers to this level without really needing to.

Zander: Might want to start at that as a base. The shields are meant to take repeated hits from anti-tank weapons after all. But speaking of the shields, there’s a couple of ways to do that, one is just to strap some units on which is a hell of a lot quicker but a lot less effective and flexible. Or we could poke around inside the metaphorical guts of the tank and rewire it to properly use the shields
