'red nosed' and 'red nose' descriptions

Between red nosed and red nose I assume the former is for sickness and the latter is for the nose decoration, but there’s some crossover between the two in each tag if that’s the case. I added possible descriptions, bear with with me if they’re less than great.  

 

I like this idea, if no-one disagrees I’ll do it.

It’s not a boob pun so I have no complaints.
