Some ideas I have for a random Brawl mod:
(Bear in mind this is obviously unfinished and far from balanced)
Luigi:
-Sliding after a dash is increased to ridiculous levels, can be cancelled by jumping
Meta Knight:
-Can no longer glide, and can no longer use aerials or midair jump in the same jump
-Attack priority can now be cancelled, but still can’t cancel out other attacks
-He now has Jigglypuff’s shield jump
-Shield is 7 times as big but breaks in 1 hit
-Missing with Down B now breaks his shield
-Forward throw, forward aerial and down smash have 647 frames of ending lag
-Becomes shieldstunned after using Up B and Side B if no hits connect (no shield jump)
-Grab range is reduced by 97%
-All attacks except Neutral B and Neutral A deal 5% recoil damage
-Mach Tornado has no hitboxes except for the first and last frames
-All smash attacks have 69 frames of startup lag and up smash has 420 frames of ending lag if it misses
Fox:
-Fox Illusion and air dodge behave as in Brawl Minus
-Blaster can be fired twice as fast but deals 1/3 as much damage
Falco:
-Cannot dash
-Does not gain speed boosts from Bunny Hood or Superspicy Curry (these two were inspired by ARK patch 256, which disabled the ability for flying mounts to ever increase their speed through any means)
-Has 15 midair jumps
-Weight reduced by 66%
-Down special has a 1% chance to freeze opponents
Snake:
-Replaced with Gordon Freeman
-Grab range half the length of Battlefield due to Gravity Gun
-Jump height the same as Yoshi’s up special, no midair jumps.
-Up special uses a manhack, which deals damage but only recovers in the air
-Down special spawns a Bob-Omb
-0 air acceleration when not in Up Special state (Riding Manhack or up special disabled)
