Given “Toon Link” is just a way to denote the Link of the Wind Waker style, another “Toon Link” main game is just another Zelda game that uses the more toon-ish style.
 
Minish Cap was also toon-ish style but not “Toon Link”

If Nintendo releases a remaster of the original Metroid Prime trilogy before Prime 4 I will probably die of fanboyism.

I mean an actual remaster. HD, higher res textures, better lighting, maybe an option to switch between GC and Wii controls.

You might be mistaking the collected Trilogy release for a remaster.  
All it did was put them out of Wii/Wii U with some changed controls to work on the systems better, it was not a remaster.

Started Sunken King DLC.

Reading the TVTropes page for Xenoblade 2 made me realize something rather depressing: One of Nia’s field skills as a Blade is Fortitude, described in game as “the power to endure hardships.” And how do you build up this skill?  
By having her fight alongside Pyra or Mythra.
