Correct. There’s this classification where they have hind hooves and hands, then there’s plantigrade anthro where they have human bodies and pony heads. If they have pony bodies and pony heads but are in a human pose, it’s bipedal. If they are mostly pony but have human style features, it’s semi-anthro.
The “unguligrade anthro” tag just means the anthro has pony hind legs (hooves). It’s distinct from the “plantigrade anthro” tag which means the anthro has human hind legs. I think there’s a third (digitigrade anthro?) which is when the hind legs are such that they stand on their toes (like in canines and felines), but that one isn’t a tag here.
