This is fairly rough, but this was probably very early on for the artist.

The outline is not so good- it should be a darker blue, and the ridges do need work.

However, I think that they at least made an effort to make this look good, and the fact that they tried is evident.

Also, there is no denying that Cobalion is a perfect fit for Shining Armor.
