Snatches the paper and slaps you with it
It not criminal to be a individual.
It did work that way in 1909 -
The X-ray source is the circular thing in front of the woman. The screen the man is holding is coated with a substance that fluoresces in the presence of X-rays. They’re both getting an unhealthy dose of radiation - it wasn’t known to be dangerous at the time.
Oh. And only now does it register just who that is standing mostly outside the frame…
hmm :B all I can say is she didn’t always have robot legs…
Of course that is assuming that that is in fact an x-ray of Celestia, not a photograph of one she’s holding up to look like it’s one of her. I don’t think actual X-rays work the way they seem to in the photo.
Rocket-roller blades and Jumpy spring attachments a-la Inspector Gadget! Bam, Speed and jumping enhanced!
That, or for the upper legs it was only the outer parts that were damages, and the bone remained intact for part of the legs~
Though I’m more likely to believe it’s your theory~
I was going to say otherwise, but apparently what I was thinking of was fan-art. Every other shot has shown something over the upper half of her upper legs. Definitely easier on her than if she’d lost everything up to the hips since she still has a natural joint. (Though similarly means she’s not going to have enhanced speed, jumping, etc.)
@FanOfMostEverything
To be fair, from that diagram all we can tell is that the robot legs don’t go to the hips - thy could quite easily be halfway up the thigh.
*slaps with rolled up newspaper*
no. we don’t do any of that “first” crap around here.
Ok also first
…a mistake :’D
