Not even the case here. This effect is incredibly powerful, the minion doesn’t have taunt, and it remains after the minion’s death.
 
To balance midnight up there is fairly simple: a) don’t make it a battlecry or anything like that. Just simply have the text “You now draw two cards”. B) reduce her stats. 5/3 for 8 mana, perhaps.
 
That way she’s fairly easy to kill and the ability goes away after her death. Which, as mentioned above, isn’t even actually necessary - the effect can stay if you make it a battlecry… but the drawback will be that you go through your deck incredibly fast - and may hit fatigue much faster.

It’s called “Taunt” and not necessarily. In this one’s case, the ongoing effect is so strong they’d need to take care of it by killing it or polymorphing/hexing/etc it (in the latter case taunt would make no difference either).

Also, high-hp cards should have Guardian or whatever that ability is that forces the opponent’s minions to target them instead of the players. Otherwise, they’re just going to go around them.

This should be a battlecry, not an inspire.

I’d simplify the card text to just “Inspire: Draw a card”.
