I got a few laughs and it didn’t have some really stupid flaw that ruins it so it’s at least a 7/10.

I personally thought it was great but that’s just me. I don’t expect everyone to like it. That’s just not how the world works.  
I agree, the past couple episodes were kind of weak. I honestly expected Scare Master to be completely ridiculous. Instead, it was worth a few chuckles and the costumes. Can’t win ’em all, I guess.

It wasn’t even a great or shit episode it was just decent and that’s fine especially since it’s a step up from the writers last episode.

Thank you. I’ve seen that a few folks didn’t like this episode, because Discord is being a bastard.  
Uh guys? Discord is the Spirit of Chaos. He may not be trying to take over Equestria anymore but there’s no reason he still can’t be a pain in the ass. Being reformed doesn’t mean a complete and utter 180. Reformation takes time. Alcoholics may throw in the towel on drinking but they’ll spend years trying to get little bits of it back.

Discord’s such a fun character~ I find it great that he’s reformed to the point that his shenanigans are now (mostly) considered enjoyable or acceptable rather than malicious by the other characters. I like that he’s went from being a villain to being MLP’s version of the Genie from Aladdin. That’s why he’s my favorite overall character in the show~
