This is what happens when you don’t put aside your differences to preserve the biodiversity of such monumental biomes; the soil becomes infertile, the terrain will erode into mudslides due to deforestation, species become more susceptible to extinction from both lacking resources and feudal war casualaties (even if they’re not mortally wounded by food projectiles, severe stress can still take a toll on the inhabitants’ immune system and reproduction cycles, thus rendering them unfit for survival)
 
In the end, you’ll have nothing left to eat and no shelter to live in anymore
