Well, I’ve decided that she’s a very sad mare who had something happen in her past that she never talks about. She grows her own plants and tends to her garden most the time.
 
This is the main part from the first post: “Stargrown Glow owns her own greenhouse in Fedelwyn, where she grows all kinds of herbs and spices. She isn’t very social, and prefers to be alone, but she does enjoy having company from time to time. She doesn’t smile at all, and looks sad all the time. Her nickname was Forever Autumn, but after leaving home, Stargrown Glow has never been the same. The reason why she left home is unknown. If you’re lucky, you’ll spot her throughout Autumn collecting the most beautiful fallen leaves.” ^^

I don’t know the pony but she is pretty. The artist is good too.
