Yeah, I clearly saw the parody in this and Luna is way too diverse of character to truely be OOC. This one is more reminiscent of Cook’s depicting of her and I could see an Associal Luna doing something like that. Plus, as said, Parody.
 
And that’s from someone who’ve raged at Twilight in the Cattle Rustler arc.

I’m guessing there’s less friction in the air or whatnot, and it becomes like pushing something in water. It might be hard to deal with the momentum, but once it’s moving, it’ll go mostly fine.

I miss the show so much
Okay, so if you attach an ordinary cart to a winged quadruped, it suddenly becomes airborne. No matter how much the cart weights (all the fruit baskets plus one princess), one tiny deer can quite effortlessly pull it in the sky. Magic!
