Frost is a strange mix of professional and fun loving, she spends half her time avidly studying magic and the other half goofing around, her favorite hobby is sports, especially winter sports, which she can do all year ‘round due to her special talent. She’s best at snowboarding.  
By choice, Frost’s magic is based completely on the natural world, all her spells revolve around the earthly elements, she can do all kinds of elemental spells, from fire to earth, but she’s the best at the winter related ones, she can create snow and ice out of thin air, even create and control entire snowstorms (for this reason she’s the winter weatherpony in Equality Village). She believes that in order for ponies to be truely in touch with their magic they must connect with nature and find peace with the world.  
Frost is an adrenaline junky and needs constant stimulation, excitement, and adventure, for this reason she loves extreme sports that will get her heart racing. She also longs to be a hero and recognized by the ponies around her, so she dreams of one day being accepted into the royal guard, she believes that with her powerful ice magic and other elemental spells she can become one of the best defenders in Equestria.  
She can be a bit uptight and tends to overwork herself and not know when to take a break and calm down  
She’s close friends with Starstruck, they visit each other often to study magic together
