Perhaps Applejack for ninjapone? Tough, no-nonsense…she’d be good at keeping quiet and stealthy, she’s canonically about as fast as Dash, and strong for offence and defence. :)
Rainbow Dash is way too hot-headed to be a ninja. Girl has no stealth skills, and is too quick to violence.
I’m not sure Pinkie has the self-control required to be a ninja. Although her knowledge of explosives and knack for theatrics would make her an effective distraction.
Twilight really should wear some headgear, though. Something to make her less recognizable.
Either Rainbow Dash or Pinkie Pie for your Ninja.
ESPECIALLY Pinkie.
