Also have to do the “sleep for normal amount” for at least a week in a row before you feel better.
If you’re still feelin’ bad after all that, get your iron levels tested; low iron in your blood makes you very tired no matter how much sleep you get, and you may need supplements if that’s the case. In addition to what that other guy said.

If that happens regularly, there’s a good chance your sleep is low-quality. You might want to ask your doctor about possible sleep apnea, restless sleep, etc.. Also, try not to consume caffeine or alcohol at least four hours before you go to bed. Those are known to interfere with proper sleep. If you’re not going to bed and waking at the same time every day—including the weekends—then set a sleep schedule and stick to it. That can often help.
