IT’S NO USE!!!
Because Twi is tardy booknerd and ‘other unicorn’ obscessively trained specificaly for this? She didn’t self-levitate in Our Town, she learned it because she needed to stay on cloud level and stop Dash from performing Rainboom.
But seriously, what’s the point of Twilight being an alicorn with wings (she couldn’t use well for lots of episodes), if another unicorn can levitate herself and cast spells and beat Twilight every single time.
