Well it’s more that it dominates cause FimFiction is weirdly mega obsessed with Twilight in a way even beyond the rest of the fandom (they are to a lesser extent with Dash too, she has quite a bit more than the other 4 but Twilight literally has twice what she has). Hell SunLight beat AppleDash/Rarijack/FlutterDash in fic too, and I think TwiLestia might of as well.

I do otp Appledash but i would rather watch Twidash rise than Rarijack (in respect to fanart pictures)
 
I have very conflicting feelings. haha Twidash is a close second place best ship. I am quite obsessive about what ship gets the most pics… Didn’t think of the fanfic situation though. It makes sense that Twidash dominates since Dash and Twi both like literature!

TwiDash doesn’t need a comeback. It might not get as much art as Rarijack but it beats up FlutterDash and holds it’s own with AppleDash, And Ficwise it literally got DOUBLE the fic of Rarijack/AppleDash/FlutterDash last year All of which were basically between like 68-79 new fics give or take a few, unlike the old days those 3 are really close in that regard now (but hell they all lost out to Sunlight… and Twilestia I think too in that regard, FIMfiction just loves their Twilight)

Mauxie is mostly a joke ship though, Rarijack before 2014 was popular but it was a clear 4th behind TwiDash, FlutterDash and AppleDash, Rarijack now is the top ship F/F in art and in fic where it once lagged really badly it now competes strongly with FlutterDash and AppleDash when it comes to getting new stuff (all three of them are utterly crushed by TwiDash there though). Rarijack Daily played a strong part of that (along with you know, there being tons of Rarity and Applejack stuff in Season 4). RariDash is already a solidly mid-tier ship but with the proper pushing it could go up to solidify a 5th place among Mane 6 ships. It already has some decent momentum.

Mauxie is a much better representation, since Rarijack was pretty common.

As I said on another image, this guy could become the WhiteDiamonds of RariDash if he does these really frequently, I think Rarijack Daily demonstrated very effectively how having a consistent source of strong cute art material can strength a ship as a whole.

My headcanon is that Sombra is the best melee warrior pony. Going mano-a-mano with him is a mistake that you will be lucky to get away with some of your limbs in place.
