If Bill ever appeared in MLP, which is almost impossible, it would not be a two-parter. After Bill made a timeline of his own, Twilight and Spike would be sucked into the Bill Cipher timeline. There would be slices of life of ponies in an overall arc or maybe a whole season.
 
Note: If Bill becomes a sentient code, he would break into other TV shows in to find a way to become real.

Here’s what I’d think about Bill’s Timeline.
 
Well, I am pinning it on the Rainboom like the other timelines. Bill pops in and prevents the Rainboom from happening, thus preventing the Mane 6 from meeting. When Nightmare Moon returned from the moon, Bill swept her away along Celestia, possibly turning them into golden decor for his castle. Discord was never let out of his stone prison, Bill may have even reduced Discord’s petrified form to gravel to secure his place and ensure that he lacked a rival. When the Crystal Empire returned, Bill eliminated Sombra and began to take over the world, and Tirek would be eliminated as well to eliminate compitetion even more. By the present, Cloudsdale would be overrun by eye-bats, Sweet Apple Acres would be a rock farm, and Mt. Canterhorn and Canterlot would be destroyed to make room for Bill’s castle which is also known as the Fearamid.
 
That is how I think of it.

Do any of you know what has happened in Bill Cipher’s Timeline.
