We call that ‘Psychojet’, or at least that’s the closest you’ll get.  
It’s also amazing for taking down foes you’ve no business fighting, like early-game death-claws or behemoths, by unloading a rain of damage-buffed shots into their face in slow-motion.  
Of course, given RD’s personality, she should stay far away from Psycho and Psycho-derivatives - Psychojet would make her, most likely, beat her hoofs bloody against her foe.  
There’s also Ultrajet, mind you, which is Jet but better (Longer duration, I think, and gives an AP boost)

I imagine that Pinkie has a chemistry set in her kitchen, where she chucks in cake mixture with whatever mixture of drugs happen to be nearby.
 
And it turns out she’s resistant to everything but the sugar. Or perhaps black coffee from New Vegas.

Why not mix Jet and Speed?  
Also if Dash has an addiction, why don’t switch her jet with addictol?  
They look the same I doubt she’ll notice

While I don’t disagree with this idea (or with using some of the other drugs), my concern is that some of the other ones aren’t nearly as well-known as the “main” ones (e.g., psycho, buffout, med-x, etc…)
 
But your point does make sense - I may well have to dip into some of those lesser-known drugs if it makes more sense. We’ll see when the time comes :3

Also, Calmex would work for Fluttershy, since it helps with stealth ability. I think it would fit better than an addicted Angel.

Turbo’s not a bad idea. Though, honestly, I’m toying with the idea of doing a “_____ isn’t normal… but with Pinkie it is… Pinkie, not even once” punchline. We’ll see =P

Definitely taking suggestions! I’d was thinking Fluttershy helping little critters with Med-x (mostly so I can try drawing Angel Bunny on Med-X withdrawal), Rarity losing her shit on Psycho, and Applejack kicking trees in half on Buffout. Pinky… not sure yet - I think we kinda run outta drugs by that point, and, as one friend said, “do you really NEED Pinkie to be on any drugs to be crazy?”
