While many wastelanders set out to find fame and fortune as adventurers and scavengers rummaging through the bones of an ancient city, Rarity had bigger ambitions; why subsist on 200 year old steak when you can dine on the finest post-apocalyptic cuisine? As deadly with her words as she is with her gun, Rarity is a master of social exchange, trade, and commerce, able to convince most anyone to her way of thinking, and makes it a point to surround herself with trusted friends. Whenever she cannot talk her way out of a situation, Rarity is no slouch in combat, skilled with pistols and often armed with silencers to allow her to eliminate enemies quickly and efficiently without being dragged into a long, drawn out fight. She favors armor and clothes that is more fashionable than functional, though she may make the occasional exception if she can’t find a happy balance in both and needs protection. She will associate with nearly any companion, strategically deciding when and where certain friends might be more useful. As she is trying to build an empire, Rarity will likely favor those who are actively trying to rebuild civilization (the Minutemen) over more self-interested groups.

I wish there was a way to reform the institute instead of destroy it, or at least take as much tech and data as possible so their technology can benefit the commonwealth instead of it all being lost

He’s not so bad as an adult. He’s a pretty cool and relaxed guy. He still occasionally lets a swear slip, but he quickly corrects himself and says something more PG. Really, if you can look past his mercenary views and his horrible teeth, he’s a pretty cool dude.
