In that position there is an easy escape.  
Twilight can scoot forward, (since she obviously isn’t under sunset, but to the side) from the bridge to releive pain, and grab a leg to trip. And in doing a sit-up, she can be in dominant top position.  
Or sunset can get into proper position and have each leg on twilight’s sides and pull up and back.
