Oh, that’s something you don’t see too often. Alright!
 
When you say “apples” that means that there is more than one “apple”  
“this” is a word used for referring to (talking about) a single object, therefore the two words are contradicting.
 
“is” also means you are talking about a single object. When talking about several things, you should use “are”
 
(This apple is tasty - These apples are tasty)
 
So if you mean a single apple, the sentence should be “This apple is” and if you are talking about more than one apple, it should be “These apples are”
 
Also, saying that these apples are “not on sale” means that they can be bought, but not for a cheaper price than the original. If you mean that the “apples” can’t be bought, then you should say “Not for sale”
 
I would personally say “Ah’ told ya! These apples are not for sale!”
