Well, it’s not my headcanon, and it only relates to their reproduction and sexual activities. Such as the queens lays all the eggs, the drones are all female except for the rare male who goes to other hives to breed. Drones can be uplifted to queens if given enough love, making them sexually active. Stuff like like. I technically consider talking about reproduction in a none-pornographic way safe, but I have no idea how the site sees it, so I’m spoiling it.
That depends I would like for canon Scoots to do that when she gets older but yeah it’s unlikely but man it would be good to see.

AU is fine, as long as you don’t say it’s actually likely to be canon. Headcanons can be whatever you want as long as the silly ones you can admit are not likely to actually be canon. Like my headcanon for changelings are not likely at all.

Unlikely, an assumption, more assumptions, and more assumptions. That’s like saying it’s possible that my niece will create the first self-replicating nano-bots that will cure cancer and aging. All before she turns ten. It’s possible, but so unlikely that finding an alien civilization at the same tech level as us within 100 light years is more likely.

I thought you would say that but the thing is it’s war time that drives innovations and in that AU she could have been a prodigy and with the war effort in full swing she would have support for the project in the actual time line there is no war so she won’t have the support so she will at the least be in her late teens before she were to start on something like that and would require more effort but it wouldn’t be impossible.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but Scoots would still be a young filly who hasn’t done anything but drive a scooter. No way is she advancing Equestrian prosthetics.
New personal headcanon!
RD had a prosthetic wing in the Sombra timeline because Scootaloo engineered the first ones ever made to achieve her goal of flight and they became mass produced for other pegasi with her condition or those who lost there wings in combat.
Then she’ll have to find a way to work around it.

There’s nothing confirming she’ll never fly but there is also nothing confirming she will all we know is she can’t even though she’s at a point in her development that she should so like RD said maybe she will maybe she won’t and if she won’t she’ll need to work around it to achieve her dream like many great people/ponies before her.
