Apologies and hugs all around
She might have hatched him, but she ain’t his mommy.
And the wingless thing doesn’t seem to that much of an problem on this, I mean even if he IS wingless once he grows up normally, why would that make an issue out of him “trying to be one of the boys”? Ponies all fit with each other despite some having wings or not, so why would this be an issue with a dragon fitting in with others?
Sorry, hit the button too fast.
I’m mainly meaning that there seems to be bits about him that don’t seem the same as the other dragons that we’ve seen. While yes, he’s wingless, there is this vibe about him that just doesn’t seem the same. I can’t think properly at the moment otherwise I’d make more sense.
Basically that Spike doesn’t even seem to be of the same dragon type as them.
The feeling of being in a group of male dragons. And he seemed pretty stoked about playing king of the hoard, the lava swimming and the feast.
Enjoy? not really no, he was starting to like the feeling of being accepted into the group but wasn’t stoked about anything they were doing.
And he said he’s penpals with Celestia. Tho I would agree with you since Teenagers are major dicks.
But he did prove he was one of the boys, Spike enjoyed 90% of every thing they did. Just because he didn’t agree on one topic doesn’t mean he wasn’t like them at all.
He probably did. Remember that Garble took the letter sent to spike that started with “Dear Spike…”, Garble then sassed spike, crumpled it and threw it into the lava, leaving Spike to not know what it said, as well as trying to prove “he was one of the boys” when he wasn’t even the same species.
Twilight said the egg was given to HER (ie the exam). This has nothing to do with how the egg came into Celestia’s/the Academy’s possession in the first place, which is what the actual “origin” mystery spins around.
We have no clue how that came to be.
Twilight state she don’t know who fond him. Which means for all we know Spike’s egg could have been stolen or given. Why he didn’t ask Celestia we don’t know.
@Nova21
Dragon Quest. I can understand wanting to forget a Merriwether Williams episode, but you’d think that bronies wouldn’t allow something as big as clues to a character’s origins to slip their minds.
And what episode did you here it?
It’s also how Celestia made the scrolls that could be sent to and fro via his fire.
I’m guessing you’ve never seen the character-waking-up-and-saying-“you’re-not-mommy” gag anywhere else.
It was just his dream.
Well, this GIF was only uploaded 5 hours ago.
Pay at least a little bit of attention to what the characters say. The part you missed was Spike waking up hoping to see his mother. You also missed his tone of voice: that of disappointment, not rebelliousness.
@TheOtherPinkiePie
Fwelin hasn’t seen the episode. Nor has Fwelin even seen this gif.
@Nova21
Spike’s egg was found, not given.
Then that would make Spike hate ponies. And there will not pull that trigger. The safest back story is that his parents gave there egg to Celestia for there baby protection.
